The dynamic team of Cicero Rehabilitation and Recovery Care is in full development. Are you driven, positively critical, enthusiastic and a “builder”? Then we are looking for you
What are you going to do?
Cicero Rehabilitation and Recovery care ends up with elderly people who need temporary care. You can think of recovery after a hospital admission, whereby hospitalization is no longer necessary but care provided in the home situation is not justified.
As a care provider in rehabilitation and recovery care you support and motivate the client in the rehabilitation process. You train self-reliance and you stimulate the client to push boundaries. You are responsible for both coordination and implementation of care. You take anamneses and you take care of the preparation of diagnoses and care life plans. You oversee the quality of care, perform administrative tasks including reporting and guiding and informing clients, family and relationships of clients. You also have an active role in identifying coordination problems in internal and multidisciplinary activities and, where necessary, you discuss them. Finally, you participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance and you ensure the establishment and compliance with departmental and policy agreements.
